karen kasumi: Cómo realizar un pedido en Bhiner?

Este es un pequeño tutorial el cual espero les sea de ayuda para que puedan pedir sus productos por medio de la plataforma de Bhiner.
This tutorial will teach you how to buy and order products from the platform Bhiner

1. Para comenzar es necesario crear una cuenta, se puede crear directo desde tu cuenta de facebook o tu ingresar otros datos.
1. For starters you will need to create an account, you can created directly with you facebook account or you can just add you information to the account.

2. Una vez que tengas la cuenta puedes entrar al buscador de Bhiner y así encontrar el cosplay que desees, también la opción de ingresar la dirección que aparece en Taobao en el buscador de Bhiner para que así la plataforma pueda registrarlo y puedas hacer tu pedido.
2. Once you made your account you can access the Bhiner searcher so you can find the cosplay you wish to purchase, you also have to option add the address that show up in Taobao in the Bhiner searcher you can order with ease.

3. Una vez que hayas decido el cosplay que compraras, deberás de agregarlo al carrito e ir a el.
3. Once you decide what cosplay you want to order, you must add it to the cart and go to.

-Delivering to Bhiner-

4. Dentro de nuestro carro seleccionamos el envío de la tienda a Bhiner y el o los productos que deseemos comprar. En esta opción se divide en 3 partes, a lado de la opción de chekout hay otra que dice ''Submit quote(s), al hacerle clic a esa opción nos enviara a un proceso en el cual es para confirmar si el producto esta en existencia, que las medidas están correctas, los colores, etc. una vez que se confirma que todo este bien se pasa a la opción de ''confirmed quotes'' y así podrás hacer con toda confianza tu pago.
4. when you are in the cart you can select the shipping service from the Bhiner store for the product(s) you with to buy. But this option is split into 3 parts, on the side of the option checkout there is option called “Submit quote(s)”, when you click it it will process the information to confirm if your products is available, that your measurements are the corrects ones, the colors, etc. once its confirmed that everything is ok it will take you to the next part “confirmed quotes” and from there you can make your payment.

*El proceso de compra se divide en 2 pagos, el primero es el pago del traje el cual les llegara a Bhiner para la revisión y una vez aprobado se realiza el 2do pago el cual es el pago de envío (hay diferentes costos y tiempos).
*The payment process is split into 2 parts, the first one is the payment for the cosplay that will go to Bhiner so they can approve of the payment and the second part is for paying for the shipping (prices vary depending on the shipping speed)

5. Para realizar el pedido solo hay que hacer clic en la opción ''Checkout'', este se divide en 4 pasos:
1. Overview: es ver que todo este en orden, pago de traje, el envío a Bhiner y la comisión, una vez que el pedido este bien, hacemos clic en Next.
2. Address: En este paso solamente debemos de ver que todos los datos de nuestra dirección estén correctos, de ser así hacemos clic en Next.
3. Shipping: Aquí seleccionaremos el envió que deseemos. Una vez decidido seleccionamos la opción ''Proceed to chekout
4. Complete: En esta opción confirmamos el pedido haciendo clic en ''checkoout'', por seguridad te pedirá la contraseña de tu cuenta para finalizar.
5 To finish making you order you just need to click on “Checkout”, but its a 4 step proccess:
1. Overview: Its see if everything is correct, like the payment for the cosplay,the shipping with Bhiner and commission,etc, once you verified the information just click Next
2. Address: This step is make sure your address information is correct, if its correct just click Next.
3. Shipping: This were we choose the shipping service we want to use. Once you are done you can click on “Procced to checkout”
4. Complete: On this step we are confirming the order so we just click on “checkout”, for security reasons they will ask you for you account password to finalize the order.

6. Una vez realizado todo este procedimiento aparecerá un mensaje donde se te dirá que tu compra fue exitosa junto con un código el cual es el numero de tu pedido, durante este tiempo debemos de esperar a que el pedido sea realizado y llegue a la agencia.
6. Once you are done a message will appear saying that your order is successfully done with a code that is your order number, during this time we have o wait until the order is processed and gets to the agency.

7. Una vez que el pedido llega a la agencia, ellos te notificaran que el pedido esta listo junto con fotografías del traje para que puedas verlas, todo esto se verá en el historial de tu pedido.
7. Once the order gets to the agency, they will notify you when the order is ready with a picture of the cosplay you bought, this information will be available on your order history.

-Awaiting 2nd Payment-

8. Ya que hayamos confirmado que todo este en orden se debe de realizar el 2do pago el cual es el envió a tu dirección, este se realiza haciendo clic en la opción de ''Checkout 2ndPayment''.
8. Now that we are sure everything is ok with our oder now we must to the second payments for shipping the item to your address, the only thing you need to do is click on “checkout 2ndPayment”.

9. Una vez realizado el pago Bhiner se contacta entre 1 o 2 días para darte el numero de guía de tu producto.
9. Once you done the payment to Bhiner, between 1 or 2 days they will be sending you the tracking number of your order.

10. En este proceso tu orden cambiara a ''you home'' durante todo el envió. El tiempo de llegada es el que se selecciono en un inicio.
10. During this process you order will change to “you home” when they ship it. The time it will take it will depend on your shipping service you selected during the order proccess.

11. Cuando el paquete sea entregado el status de tu compra cambiara a ''complete'' y es momento de disfrutar tu traje, peluca, accesorio o lo que hayas pedido.
11. When the orders get to your address your buying status will change to “complete” and from there you will be able to enjoy your cosplay, wig, accesories everything you have ordered.

La plataforma es muy amigable y es difícil que uno se pierda entre los pasos, de igual manera si llegase a haber dudas durante el procedimiento, pueden contactar con Bhiner mediante los mensajes directamente en la pagina o en su facebook, ellos atenderán lo mas rápido posible, solo hay que considerar que ellos están en un horario asiático.
